Mr. Wayne Hemmings Former United States foreign service officer (U.S. Diplomat) served the United States Government for 25 Years, under 7 presidents through the United States Agency international Development and the United States Department of State.

In various positions he served in the international forum through the US Government in international logistics for all sectors, providing an enhanced international relations to host governments, private and public sector, privatization reform for governments, management consultancy, diplomatic security, consular services, human resources and presidential details.

With a wealth of experience and years’ of service, in the private and public sectors among others, such as property development. He owned and managed private companies in several industries. His wide international exposure in living and working in almost all continents,

He has served in many Embassies in positions of Consular officer, General services officer, Management officer, Diplomatic security in many countries representing the United states government having many domestic and international connections. Now a Business owner serving on many boards worldwide.
